Replacement pasture land for land lost in connection with the expansion of the Imst-Haiming hydroelectric power plant, Imsterberg

The creation of the replacement pasture areas in question will lead to an irretrievable loss of FFH habitat—or, according to Annex 4 Z 10 TNSchVO 2006, protected habitat—and will consequently make it impossible for the plant communities that are specially adapted to this area to thrive.
Overall, all protected resources under the TNSchG 2005 will be severely impaired. In the opinion of the Tyrolean Environmental Ombudsman, there is no overriding public interest.
