Enquiries and complaints

Along with the Tyrolean Regional Government and the district authorities, the Tyrolean Environmental Ombudsman serves as a contact for members of the general public with an interest in nature conservation and those who wish to report a problem. Where an offence is found to have been committed, the basic principle is always to develop the best possible solution on the basis of a consensus between the parties involved.
